I organized a national climate march with 200,000 people in DC and thousands more globally. I built city-by-city campaigns that led to the first statewide plastic bag ban. I led a national coalition that made healthcare affordability a defining issue nationwide. And I managed large-scale programs across five presidential campaigns.
Capacity Building & Organizational Design
I help you get resources where they're needed most—and build the infrastructure to sustain your impact. I directed $35 million in philanthropic funding to support organizations that registered 1.3 million voters in communities of color. I built grantmaking models that funded over 70 groups across 60 counties for COVID-19 vaccine outreach. I help organizations grow through effective recruitment, training, and the kind of leadership development that creates lasting capacity.
Cross-Sector Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement
Navigating today's complex landscape requires understanding how government, communities, advocacy groups, and business intersect—and how to align them toward shared outcomes. I bridge these worlds, build authentic community partnerships, and design stakeholder engagement strategies that create value and social impact. I understand how policy gets made at the federal, state, and local levels. My issue expertise spans democracy reform, economic development, climate and energy, public health, and consumer protection.
About Multiplier Strategies
Meet Jen
Jen is the founder of Multiplier Strategies. She grew up in Southeast Michigan where she learned how to use a copy machine at a young age when her mother started a local school for Korean language and culture. She learned what lobbying was from her father, a psychiatrist, who asked elected officials for more mental health funding when it was taboo to discuss mental health at all. Collating packets and fighting uphill battles were the foundation for her lifelong commitment to organizing - which she explains as multiplying yourself into many other people.
